Netrix Job Card Management System
The Job Card Management system was created together with a leading Computer Chain in South Africa.
It was designed to manage the inner workings of a workshop from new pc creation with specs to enable thorough tracking to booking in of jobs & managing call-out technicians with a calendar-style system.
Clients can view their job status on the internet and technicians can log in from anywhere where there is an internet connection and have full access to all information.
There are also extensive reports and management statistics on jobs and technicians as well as the different company branches.
The central administration section makes the whole package easy to maintain, although maintenance is minimal.
Everything is automated and salespeople are notified via e-mail of new jobs booked in for their clients while clients receive SMS notifications on their job's progress @ 0.044 euros per message (about R 0.33 per message).
SMS routers & costs are managed by www.clickatell.com and the job card system only utilizes their infrastructure.
